Bedroom 1 has a 160cm double bed and storage space.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be joined together to form a 160cm double bed if desired. (Please request this option.)
This property offers a beautiful living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and washing machine. Both bedrooms open onto the garden level. The terrace is beautifully furnished to enjoy the panoramic view, while being secluded from the hustle and bustle of the resort.
The Phoenix residence is fully ski-in/ski-out. You will park your vehicle in a secure garage. The heated ski room is located on the slope (same as the Club Med) for ski-in and ski-out access.

The 18m swimming pool with panoramic windows and its fitness room are a real plus, and to top it all off, you have access to the wellness area - a high-end hammam and sauna.

Nearby, you'll find the Bergers area and all its shops, restaurants, and winter and summer activities. In winter, there's skiing, of course, as well as rail luge, and privileged access to hikes to the altiport, the Col de Sarenne, and the ice driving circuit.
In summer, the "Ile aux Loisirs" (golf, paddle tennis, tennis, skate park, airbag, pump track, outdoor children's area for children aged 2 to 5...) is very close.
The resort center with the avenue des jeux, the outdoor swimming pool, and the sports center is a 10-15 minute walk away, or a 5-minute ride on the free resort shuttle bus that picks you up right above the residence.
