Built in 2024 from wood, with large picture windows, the residence sits right on the edge of the ski area: from the covered terrace, you look out over the Pic Blanc and the Grandes Rousses.

A warm and welcoming lounge beneath a wooden ceiling, with a large sofa, opening onto the terrace. The terrace faces north-east but enjoys a stunning panoramic view.
